Job Position: Front Desk Officer
Job Description:
Giving first hand information to visitors, communicating updates and information to concerned parties, maintaining records of attendance of students and teachers of the classes, constant reporting to the administration.
Working Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Education Level: Minimum High School
Knowledge of: Tests (SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, GMAT, GRE), basic knowledge of counseling.
Skills required:
Tactfully handling the visitors, communicating with the teachers and students, basic computer skills, charming personality.
Ability to:
Maintain records of the students and teachers’ attendance of the running classes, coordinate and communicate among the colleagues and higher level authority.
Salary: Rs. 10,000 per month (probation period) salary will be revised after the completion of probation period.
