Position 1: Field Supervisors

Number of Opening: 4 (Female only) Short term

Job Description:

  • Conduct Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Key Informant Interview (KII) with Stakeholders
  • Conduct Household Survey with different groups of people
  • Quality assurance of the collected information/data
  • Prepare KII and FGD report
  • Supervise and provide necessary support to field researchers 

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Education: Master's degree in development studies, sociology or any social science

Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative research

Skills: Excellent interpersonal, team working and communication skills. Organisation skills, including time management and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Position 2: Enumerators

Number of Opening: 16 (4 Male, 12 Female) Short term

Job Description:

  • Conduct Household Survey with different groups of people
  • Quality assurance of the collected information/data
  • Provide necessary support to the Supervisor in conducting FGDs or KIIs

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in development studies, management, sociology or any social science

Professional Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in quantitative and qualitative research, especially in field level data collection

Skills: Excellent interpersonal, team working and communication skills. Organisation skills, including time management and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
