Deputy General Manager

Title: Deputy General Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Overall management and handling of the Organization.
• Plans, coordinates and directs operational levels, and monitors aviation/industrial safety programs.
• Organizational Business plans and marketing strategies
• Correspondence with the principle companies
• Coordination with local CAAN and Safety officials for the smoother operations.
• Reporting to the General Manager and Board of Directors regarding the progresses and future course of actions.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience
• Knowledge of rules, regulation, procedures and acts of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN).
• Knowledge of public safety and security;
• Effective communication skill in both Nepali and English
