- Previous experience in telephone marketing of IT services is an advantage
- Possession of Two wheeler is highly desirable
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the setting up of telephone marketing system, and advertising, recruitment and training of telemarketers, and checking the quality of sales, while also taking part in telemarketing activities.
As experienced team leader, you will need to have knowledge of equipment and software related to telemarketing.
Naturally, you will need to be highly motivated and be able to motivate others to ensure that targets are met regularly.
Job Specs:
- 2-5 years of experience in telemarketing/team leading
- Must have exceptional English and telephone communicating skills
- Confident and energetic personality
- Technical background in IT (highly desirable)
- Confident in selling products and services
- Confident in making presentations to groups
- Can achieve KPI’s and monthly targets
Job Description:
- Work with sales manager in setting sales targets for your team
- Make outbound sales calls
- Ensure effective working of telephone sales team
- Monitor calls and check quality of sales
- Provide initial and ongoing training to telemarketers
- Ensure the KPI’s and targets are achieved.
- Report daily on sales activities to the manager
