Customer Service Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Can handle,  assign and motivate the team in right direction along with managerial and leadership skill
  •  Can execute day to day operation  in very effective way along with proactive approach 
  •  Cold call and regular follow-up with potential students who are already in pipeline.
  •  Play a pivotal role in developing, growing and maintaining the brand identity and growth of         the business  
  •  Marketing, communications and public relations skill are the most
  • Dealing with students and their parents and answering their queries
  • Willing to learn, grow and lead in future 

 

Requirements/Skills

·         Excellent English language communication skills

·         Exceptional customer service, research and interpersonal skills

·         Must be graduate along with two years of experience

·         Career orientated and ambitious

·         Knowledge and practical experience across all social media channels

·         Knowledge and interest in education and technology would be highly regarded.

·         Call center experience is added advantage

·         Positive attitude and multitasking ability
