Job title: Architect 

Location: Ramechhap

Schedule: Full time

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Responsible to assure the proper construction of the Ramechhap Hospital by following the project objectives.

DUTIES:

• To follow up the construction plans, regularly checking it´s compliance.   
• To have regular meeting with the company responsible to carry out the construction work.
• To have regularly meeting with district health authorities in order to involve them in the construction work 
• To identify any difficulty related to the construction work that is being carried out.
• To keep MdM informed about the advances of the construction work.

Miscellaneous

• To write documents and letters.
• To maintain high level of confidentiality of all documents and issues.
• To perform additional jobs on request.
• To perform all duties to the best of her/his abilities, according to the labor contract, her/his job description and the staff regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Architecture degree
• Good knowledge of windows environment. Microsoft office user.
• Good knowledge of AutoCad
• Nepali and English (verbal and written).
• Good ability of communication.
• High responsibility.
• Multidisciplinary activities concentration.
• Hard working and well organize.
• Cooperative and dynamic.
• Problem solving ability.
• Willing to learn and improve.
• Flexibility with the timetable.
• Specific training or proved experience in accountancy and administration.
• Interest in the health sector.
