Job Description: -
Interface with customers via emails and calls for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
- Notify development teams about complex issues using project management tools like Redmine.
- Verifying changes made by development team and further writing release notes.
- Create and maintain systems documentation for testing and validation.
- Troubleshoot customer issues .
Candidate Profile-
- Bachelor in Computer Engineering,BCA,BIT etc.
- 1+year Experience of application support
- 1+ year Experience with testing web application
- Good Knowledge of Agile Software Development Methologies
- Should possess a proven ability to learn new things quickly.
- Hands on exprience with Project Management tool like Redmine, JIRA
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English Language.
