International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal.
For the following positions, INF Nepal is seeking competent, skilled, service oriented, and devoted Nepali citizens who shares our vision, mission, and values.
1. Position: Marketing & Communications Officer
Required Number: 1
Location: INF Nepal Central Office, Pokhara
Purpose of the Job:
The Post holder will lead and implement strategic communication and marketing initiatives to enhance the visibility, reputation, and service utilization of INF Nepal-particularly Green Pasture Hospital (GPH).
The role will contribute to business promotion, patient engagement, stakeholder relations, and commercial development through targeted campaigns, digital marketing, media engagement, and community outreach.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is desirable.
- Knowledge of digital marketing (social media, SEO, analytics, email marketing).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in communications, marketing, or media.
- Experience managing campaigns, social media, or media engagement.
- Experience in healthcare, NGO sector, or service promotion is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Strong storytelling and content creation abilities.
- Basic graphic design, photography, and videography skills.
- Ability to develop engaging and conversion-focused content.
- Analytical skills to interpret digital and campaign performance.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to remote areas for field documentation.
- Understanding of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF Nepal.
2. Position: Senior Admin and Finance Assistant
Required Number: 1
Location: Kolti, Bajura
Purpose of the Job:
The post holder is responsible for ensuring the efficient administration and financial management of the district programme by providing effective administrative support and services, maintaining accurate financial records, and processing financial transactions in accordance with INF's financial policies and procedures to achieve programme objectives.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
- PCL (Proficiency Certificate Level) in Management is required. A Bachelor's degree in Management is desirable and will be considered an added advantage.
- At least three years of work experience in general administration and finance.
- Knowledge and skills in financial management.
- Knowledge of the Income Tax Act and applicable tax regulations.
- Knowledge and skills in procurement planning, processes, and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email).
- Good oral and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
- Able to manage priorities.
- Understanding of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF Nepal.
3. Position: Speech and Language Therapist
Required Number: 2
Location: Green Pastures Hospital, Pokhara
Purpose of the Job:
The post holder works as a member of the Speech and Language Therapy and Audiology unit, providing assessments and therapy of speech and language disorders in children and adults, including speech, language, hearing, balance, and swallowing and communication rehabilitation along with conducting various audiological assessments, Audiological testing and hearing fitting. Inpatient, outpatient, and community services will be provided. Input to the nursing and clinical teams including specific training related to communication disorders. Take part in and develop trainings in specialty areas.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:
- Must have a Bachelors in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) with registered with Nepal Health Professional Council (NHPC) or be eligible within the next year.
- Practical experience in audiology and speech therapy or work experience in charity organisation is an advantage.
- Publications in specialty journals and evidence of audit and research are an advantage.
- Must be a good team player with desire to teach and train.
- Good computer knowledge MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, flexible and self-motivated.
- Uses initiative and is able to work under limited supervision.
- Good written and spoken communication, networking and interpersonal skills in English.
- Readiness to work with and promote care for low-income clients.
- Understanding of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF Nepal.
4. Position: Audiologist
Required Number: 1
Location: Green Pastures Hospital, Pokhara
Purpose of the Job:
To undertake management of audiological clinical testing, interpretation and reporting in the areas of hearing and vestibular assessment, vestibular rehabilitation, pediatrics assessment and tinnitus retraining therapy depending upon experience. To manage adult auditory rehabilitation via the fitting and maintenance of hearing aids. To take an active role in research, service development and service audit. Develop and participate in the teaching of trainees, students and junior staff. Occasional speech and language therapy work.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Must have a Bachelors in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) or equivalent with professional registration in Nepal’s respective council.
- Must have one year of work experience in relevant field, however freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Must have experience in hearing aid fitting and reassessment in pediatrics and audiology.
- Experience in vestibular assessment, vestibular rehabilitation, implantable hearing technology or research experience is an advantage.
- Excellent patient handling skills and good recording and reporting skills.
- Motivated to care for and serve disadvantaged people.
- Ability to work as part of a team, can work effectively, and can meet deadlines.
- Keep abreast of national and international developments in audiology by reading scientific literature and where possible attending scientific meetings.
- Able to keep all matters pertaining to work confidential.
- Must be honest and demonstrate integrity.
- Ability to teach informal education and must be able to manage GPHRC patient library.
- Good computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database management.
- Understanding of, and agreement with the values which are important to INF Nepal.
