International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal.

For the following positions, INF Nepal Green Pastures Hospital is seeking competent, skilled, service oriented, and devoted Nepali citizens who shares our vision, mission, and values.

1. Position: ENT Registrar

Required Number: 1

Location: Green Pastures Hospital, Pokhara

Purpose of the Job:

The job holder will serve as the ENT Registrar in providing clinical management of the cases at INF Nepal Green Pastures Hospital. This will include, serving as ENT Doctor and conducting OPD, IPD services, assist in ENT surgical procedure, ensuring the excellence clinical standard in the Hospital and contributing technical expertise in INF Nepal work as required.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Must have Master of Surgery (MS) in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) along with valid speciality registration at Nepal Medical Council.
  • Candidates with experience or freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in ENT disorders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary medical team.
  • Good communication and patient counselling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in emergency situations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous medical education and ongoing professional development within the department and the hospital.
  • A genuine interest in helping people and a positive outlook.
  • Able to keep all matters pertaining to work confidential.
  • To be honest and demonstrate integrity.
  • Good understanding of and agreement with the values which are important to INF Nepal.

2. Position: Orthopaedic Registrar

Required Number: 1

Location: Green Pastures Hospital, Pokhara

Purpose of the Job:

The job holder will serve as the Orthopaedic Registrar in providing Clinical management of the cases at INF Nepal Green Pastures Hospital and its sustainability plan. This will include, serving as Orthopaedic Doctor and conducting OPD, IPD Services and various orthopaedics surgeries, ensuring the excellence clinical standard in the Hospital and contributing technical expertise in INF Nepal work as required.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Must have Master of Surgery (MS) in Orthopaedics along with valid speciality registration at Nepal Medical Council.

3. Physiotherapist

Required Number: 1

Location: Green Pastures Hospital, Pokhara

Purpose of the Job:

The job holder will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services and contributing to the development of physiotherapy services at Green Pastures Hospital in line with evidence-based practice.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and knowledge:

  • Must have Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy with valid registration in Nepal Health Professional Council.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in clinical setup or in a relevant field. Experience in teaching, research or community health will be an advantage.
  • Able to keep all matters pertaining to work confidentially.
  • To be honest and demonstrate integrity.
  • Proactive approach to patient care.
  • A genuine interest in helping people. Be caring, compassionate and professional at all times
  • Assess patients in accordance with professional practice guidelines and standards.
  • Keep up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients.
  • Fluency in oral and written English and Nepalese Language.
  • Good people skills and good communication skills.
  • Computer competencies – Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Patients data management skill is an advantage.
  • Understanding of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF Nepal.
