CEAPRED, under the Skill Up! Project funded by BMZ and implemented in partnership with Welthungerhilfe (WHH), invites sealed quotations or submissions via email at procurement@ceapred.org.np from eligible and qualified suppliers for the supply, delivery, and installation of equipment required for establishing a banana fiber processing and paper-making unit in Kanchanpur District. The scope of work also includes the delivery of materials and the provision of on-site training on operation and maintenance for project beneficiaries.

1. Description of Goods and Services

Interested suppliers are invited to submit proposals for the following:

• Banana fiber processing machine: size 3*3*4 ft with 2 hp motor (production capacity 10-15 kg fiber per day), MS base structure, Semi-automatic  – 4 sets
• Electric Boiler (50 lit capacity) with motor- 1 unit
• Pulping machine (20-25 kg capacity)- 1 unit
• Paper making tank (10 -15 kg per 8 hours) - 2 units
• Paper making frames- 100 PCs
• Chemicals for orientation on operation
  • Caustic soda- 50 kg
  • Luri- 2 kg
  • Bleaching Powder- 50 kg

2. Scope of Work

• Supply and delivery of all items to Gulariya, Krishnapur Municipality, Kanchanpur District
• Installation, testing, and functioning of equipment
• Provision of on-site training on operation and maintenance for project beneficiaries

3. Eligibility Criteria

• Legally registered firm/company
• Valid PAN/VAT registration
• Latest tax clearance certificate
• Proven experience in supplying similar machinery (preferred)

4. Submission Requirements

Interested bidders shall submit:

• Technical proposal (specifications, brochures, compliance)
• Financial quotation (with VAT, delivery, installation cost including training)
• Company profile and relevant experience documents
• Delivery and implementation timeline
• Duly completed and signed supplier declaration form (Link here)
