Opportunity Village Nepal (OVN), a national NGO dedicated to supporting women and children, invites sealed quotations from registered and authorized companies/firms for the supply and installation of the following items under the project “Light for the vulnerable girls and Women-Go Green Solar Energy Project” at Pokhara Metropolitan City, Ward No. 25, Hemja, Kaski District. 

Items:

1. Supply and Installation of Solar

Tender form can be purchased by eligible bidders on the submission of a written request to procurement@ovnnepal.org attaching copies of bidder’s registration, VAT registration and tax clearance certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR. 500 (per bid form, voucher should be attached) at the Bank Account: Siddhartha Bank, A/C Name- OVN Core Fund, A/C No.-00920611474). Sealed bids must be submitted to the Opportunity Village Nepal Post BOX by 22nd April 2026, 5:00 pm. Bids received after this deadline will not be accepted.

We kindly request all bidders to submit their bids to the specified Opportunity Village Nepal Post Box number mentioned in the notice. Additionally, please send us proof of submission via the provided email address.

The selection of the bids will be based on OVN policy and only successful bidder(s) will be contacted for further selection process as per the decision of the OVN's Procurement Committee. OVN reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever and will not be bound to accept the lowest bid.
