Panchtara Yuwa Samrakshak Manch (PTYSM) is a non-profit, non-governmental humanitarian and development organization registered with the District Administration Office, Jajarkot and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council of Nepal. Established in 1997, PTYSM is led by committed young development professionals and social workers with extensive experience in rural development and community-based initiatives.

PTYSM operates across Karnali Province with programmatic focus on food security and nutrition, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), livelihoods, education, disaster risk reduction (DRR), humanitarian response, protection, and disability inclusion. In partnership with Save the Children International, PTYSM is currently implementing the SAHAYATRA-III and Action Adolescent Maternal Newborn Health (aMNH) projects in Chhedagad Municipality of Jajarkot District. The SAHAYATRA-III Project is an integrated initiative focusing on education, child protection, child rights governance, sexual and reproductive health rights, and climate change and green jobs. The project also supports communities in promoting positive social norms and collective action for child wellbeing, strengthens local institutions such as schools to improve inclusive and quality services for children, and promotes localization of policies related to prioritized child wellbeing issues while enabling CBOs/CSOs to lead policy influence and advocacy initiatives.
