Tender Notice to Purchase Second hand Pickup 4WD Vehicle

Bageshwori Asal Shasan Club (BAS Nepal) is planning to procure a Pickup 4WD double cab vehicle mentioned below for Green Nepal:Community waste Transformation Project BAS Nepal invites quotation/bid from interested persons/suppliers/firm or authorized dealer or company. The details specifications and conditions are as below:

Terms and Conditions

1. Bid/quotation should be submitted by in the given email of BAS Nepal. The quotations that are received after the deadline shall not be considered for evaluation.
2. Bid/quotation rate should be inclusive of 13% VAT and TDS 1.5% will be deducted as per Rules and Regulations of Nepal government. 
3. BAS Nepal will give priority to select the lowest bidder of the same vehicle from the same manufacture company, model and same specification.
4. The successful bidder will be notified at the earliest date possible.
5. Any discrepancy between prices in figures and words, the amounts in words will govern.
6. Bidder must provide a copy of firm registration certificate, VAT Registration certificate and Tax clearance documents while submitting the RFQ.
7. After the hiring and receiving the vehicle payment will be made via bank in favour of your company.
8. Payment will be made within 15 days or at earlier convenience after receiving the invoice.
9. Selected bidder must submit a VAT invoice for the payment otherwise the bid will be cancelled.

BAS Nepal reserves all the rights to accept or reject any RFQ as deemed necessary at any time without assigning any reason or whatever.

Interested persons/supplier/firm can submit the quotation  with an official letter mentioning all the detailed specification of vehicle in the following address via email or physically.
