Unification Nepal Gorkha (UN-Nepal), registered in the District Administration Office (DAO) Gorkha and Social Welfare Council (SWC) in the year 2009, is a non-profit making child-focused organization formed by a team of youth NGO professionals for sustainable development across the country.

UN-Nepal has been implementing Room to Read funded Literacy Program and Girls’ Education Program in selected Schools of Gorkha district, Nepal. The primary goal of the project is to make an independent reader and ensure their SEE level education so that they can make their life long decision in their life. For this UN Nepal will closely working with teachers, SMC, PTA and local government along other stakeholders. Now, UN Nepal is seeking dedicated, qualified and experienced Social mobilizer for the smooth implementation of the project.

सामाजिक परिचालक (बालिका शिक्षा कार्यक्रम) ले विद्यालय, अभिभावक  र समुदायसँग निरन्तर सम्बन्ध स्थापित गरि सहभागी बालिकाहरूको प्रगति अभिलेख अद्यावधिक गर्ने, जीवनोपयोगी सीप प्रदान गर्ने र बालिकाहरूलाई पढाइ पूरा गर्नको लागि मेन्टोरीङ गर्नेछन् । यसको साथै सामाजिक परिचालकले बालिका शिक्षा कार्यक्रमको ‘कार्यक्रम अधिकृत’ समक्ष मासिक रूपमा प्रगति विवरण पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ । 

छनौटका प्रमुख आधारहरू :

• शिक्षा, मानविकी तथा अन्य संकायवाट स्नातक वा सो सरह उत्तीर्ण भएको । 
• सम्बन्धित क्षेत्रको अनुभव तथा लैंगिकताको क्षेत्रमा कार्य अनुभव प्राप्त उम्मेदवारलाई ग्राह्यता दिइनेछ  ।
• समुदाय स्तर र सम्बन्धित क्षेत्रमा कम्तीमा दुई वर्ष काम गरेको कार्य अनुभव  ।
• विद्यालय शिक्षण तथा शिक्षण सम्बन्धि अनुभव प्राप्त उम्मेदवारलाई प्राथमिकता दिइनेछ  ।
• अंग्रेजी भाषामा सामान्य बोल्न र लेख्न तथा प्रतिवेदन तयार पार्न सक्ने सीप भएको ।
• स्थानीय परिवेश तथा माध्यमिक शिक्षा प्रणालीको राम्रो बुझाई । 
• बालिका शिक्षा क्षेत्रमा काम गर्न अभिरूचि र लगाव । 
• जुनसुकै समुदाय तथा परिवेशमा घुलमिल हुन, सजिलैसँग काम गर्न र बोल्न सक्ने सीप भएको । 
• सहजीकरण सीप र ज्ञान भएको । 
• सकारात्मक धारणा र सामुदायिक परिचालन सम्बन्धी ज्ञान तथा सीप भएको । 
• बालिकाहरूका लागि तालिम सञ्चालन गर्न सक्षम भएको ।

Application Procedures:
