TENDER NOTICE

United Mission to Nepal (UMN) has been serving the people of Nepal since 1954. It is currently working in four provinces and nine districts through various community development projects, including disaster risk reduction and humanitarian response.

UMN is inviting sealed tenders from manufacturers, reputed firms, and suppliers for the supply and delivery of six types of shelter and rescue items for disaster risk reduction and prepositioning.

UMN reserves the right to accept or reject any tender, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason whatsoever, and is not obligated to accept the lowest offer.

Bidders must submit a cover letter on the company letterhead along with all required documents by email to procurement@umn.org.np no later than 5:00 pm on 31 December 2025. Bids with incomplete supporting documents or submitted in hard copy will not be accepted.
