Tender call for Design, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of a Grid-Connected Solar PV System

Vultures, Cows and People - Strengthening an Ancient Relationship is a three-year project, with the technical and financial support of Renewable World (RW), Preservation of Environment and Social Welfare Association of Nepal (PESWAN) is implementing livelihood activities in Kanchanpur district. The project is collaborating with Shree Siddha Baijnath Multipurpose Cooperative Ltd, Beldandi rural municipality to promote dairy enterprises.

In this context, PESWAN invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified registered firms/companies for the Design, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of a Grid-Connected Solar PV System at Shree Siddha Baijnath Multipurpose Cooperative Ltd., Beldandi Rural Municipality-02, Kanchanpur District. 

Eligibility Criteria

1. Registered firm/company in Nepal under prevailing rules and regulations. 
2. Valid VAT Registration Certificate. 
3. Tax Clearance Certificate (FY 82/83). 
4. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Grid-Connected Solar Systems. 
5. Bid Validity: Minimum 90 days from the deadline of bid submission.

Submission Guidelines

Bidders must submit their proposals using the Two-Envelope System (Envelope A: Technical Proposal and Envelope B: Financial Proposal sealed separately and placed inside one outer master envelope). Hard copies with authorized signatures and official stamps must be delivered before 5:00 PM NST on August 30, 2026, to any of the following addresses:
