KIRDARC Nepal, in collaboration with Save the Children International, is currently implementing the Adolescent Maternal and Newborn Health (AMNH) Project in Tatopani Rural Municipality and Tila Rural Municipality of Jumla district. The project focuses on enhancing the health and well-being of parenting adolescents, mothers, and newborns through strong collaboration with communities, local governments, and relevant stakeholders. Consequently, KIRDARC Nepal is actively seeking competent, qualified, dynamic, and motivated Nepali citizens to fill the following full-time positions:
Position Title: Technical Officer-Adolescent MNH -1 Person (Based in Tila Rural Municipality of Jumla district)
Academic Qualification and Experience: The candidate should have Bachelors in nursing, midwifery, and medicine with 2 years (1 years for GEDSI group) of experience in maternal and neonatal health sector or PCL in nursing, midwifery, and medicine with 3 years (2 years for GEDSI) of experience in implementation of onsite coaching and mentoring is highly preferred. Prior work experience with I/NGOs in remote area will be considered an advantage.
Key Skills and Knowledge required:-
The candidate should possess Sound knowledge of Maternal and Newborn Health (MNH), particularly Adolescent MNH, with experience in coordinating with local governments, health facilities, and partners. Ability to provide technical guidance, coaching, mentoring, and support the implementation of Minimum Service Standards (MSS) and capacity building at the local level.
Strong skills in project monitoring, reporting, and documentation, with the ability to work closely with MEAL teams for data tracking and learning. Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for effective project implementation.
