.NET Developer – Kathmandu
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and skilled .NET Developer to join our team in a full-time on-site role based in Kathmandu. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving scalable software applications using modern .NET technologies and best development practices.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in .NET Core, RESTful APIs, SQL, and modern web development frameworks, along with a passion for clean code and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC/Blazor/Web APIs Build high-performance software libraries, APIs, and integrations with third-party services Design and implement RESTful services using C# and .NET 6+ Analyze, debug, test, and resolve software defects Review, refactor, and improve existing codebases Collaborate with team members in Agile/Scrum environments Support and mentor junior developers Participate in peer code reviews and maintain coding standards Research and adopt new technologies where beneficialTechnical Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in .NET technologies Strong experience with C#, .NET 6+, and .NET Core Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC/Core, Web API, Blazor, and web services Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services Good knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts Experience with SQL Server or similar RDBMS Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as NUnit or xUnit Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and SPA concepts Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldNice to Have
Experience with Blazor Hybrid and WebAssembly (WASM) Knowledge of modern software architecture and third-party API integrationsPersonal Qualifications
