POSITION SUMMARY
The Social Media & Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and growing Navon Jobs' presence across all social media platforms. This role combines creative content production, strategic platform management, and consistent audience engagement to increase the visibility, reach, and impact of the Navon Jobs brand. The ideal candidate is hands-on, creative, and comfortable working across multiple platforms simultaneously.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain Navon Jobs' presence across all major social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
- Develop and execute a consistent posting schedule to maintain regular activity across all channels.
- Monitor platform performance, engagement metrics, and audience growth on an ongoing basis.
- Respond to comments, messages, and interactions to foster community engagement.
- Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.
Content Creation & Editing
- Create original, high-quality content including graphics, written posts, reels, short-form videos, and stories.
- Edit video content for social media use — including cutting, captioning, formatting, and optimising for each platform.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the Navon Jobs brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines.
- Repurpose existing content across formats and platforms to maximise reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce content that reflects ongoing campaigns, job postings, and company news.
Strategy & Growth
- Develop and present proposals to increase the reach, follower base, and engagement of Navon Jobs' social media platforms.
- Identify growth opportunities through platform analytics, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
- Propose and execute campaigns, challenges, and initiatives designed to grow the brand's online presence.
- Track and report on key performance indicators including reach, impressions, engagement rate, and follower growth.
Marketing Support
- Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content as needed.
- Coordinate with the broader team on campaign launches, announcements, and brand initiatives.
- Contribute ideas for digital marketing strategies that align with Navon Jobs' business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms professionally — portfolio or examples of previous work required.
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and platform-specific best practices.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Creative thinking with a strong eye for visual content and storytelling.
- Ability to produce and edit video content independently.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines simultaneously.Self-motivated and proactive — able to take ownership of content calendars and deliver consistently.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing fundamentals is an advantage.
