Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and confident Sales Representatives to promote and sell our range of medicines and healthcare products to pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals. This is a field-based role requiring daily market visits and strong relationship-building skills.
Core Responsibilities
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with pharmacists and key clients.
Conduct daily field visits to multiple outlets in assigned territories.
Present product benefits, offers, and new arrivals effectively.
Take orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely collections.
Track orders, payments, and outstanding credit dues.
Collect market feedback on product performance and customer needs.
Monitor competitor activities and products in the market.
Maintain an updated client database.
Field Work Requirements
Willingness to travel extensively within the company’s operational areas.
Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
High level of confidence, energy, and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of medicines and pharmaceutical products (training will be provided).
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure to meet targets.
Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
Minimum +2 (Intermediate) or equivalent, preferably with 1+ years of experience in sales.
Prior sales experience in pharmaceuticals or other products is a strong advantage.
Salary and Benefits
Gross Salary: NPR 20,000.
Fuel/maintenance allowance for a two-wheeler.
Mobile and other field allowances.
Festival allowances and other benefits as per company policy.
