Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking confident, energetic, and presentable female candidates for the position of Live Streaming Host. The selected candidate will work from the company’s professional live streaming studio and engage in one-on-one social live streaming sessions on designated platforms. No prior live streaming experience is required, as the company provides complete training and practical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily one-on-one live streaming sessions from the company studio
  • Interact and communicate with viewers in a friendly and engaging manner
  • Create a positive, comfortable, and entertaining live streaming environment
  • Maintain professionalism and positive behavior during live sessions
  • Follow company guidelines and streaming procedures
  • Participate in company-provided live streaming training and development programs
  • Coordinate with the management team regarding schedules and performance improvements

Job Specification

Job Requirements

  • Nepalese Female candidates only
  • Age between 19–30 years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable appearance with good camera confidence
  • Outgoing, friendly, and engaging personality
  • Preference will be given to candidates who can speak Hindi
  • Basic English speaking skills will be an added advantage
  • Willingness to work long-term with the company
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • No prior live streaming experience required

Position Summary

The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, documentation, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple HR-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-up communication
  • Post job vacancies on different job portals and social media platforms
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

Employee Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare appointment letters, contracts, and other HR documents
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records
  • Coordinate with departments regarding attendance issues
  • Prepare attendance summaries and reports

Employee Engagement

HR Operations

  • Maintain HR databases and update employee information regularly

Job Specification

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

Experience Requirement

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or related field
