Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking energetic, target-driven, and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding market reach, increasing sales volume, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting the Langtang Grace Natural Mineral Water brand in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Visit retail outlets, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and distributors regularly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility in the market
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities
- Collect orders and coordinate timely delivery with the operations team
- Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback reports
- Support promotional campaigns and brand awareness activities
- Ensure timely payment collection and account reconciliation
- Collaborate with management to improve customer satisfaction and sales growth
Job Specification
Required Qualifications
- Required Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
- Required Experience: More than 1 year in the Sales Beverage Industry

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales or a related role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Results-oriented mindset with positive attitude
- Good knowledge of local market routes and customers
Salary, Benefits & Facilities
- Attractive Salary: NPR 25,000 – 40,000/month (based on experience)
