This is for your reference that, CLEAN UP NEPAL is planning to procure the items/ services mentioned below for Green Job Creation through Recycling and Upcycling (GCRU) Project In Pokhara project. The Green Job Creation through Recycling and Upcycling in Pokhara (GCRU) Project is designed to promote the green economy by establishing recycling/upcycling (RU) enterprises based on the circular economy model. The project is implemented with the support of the Korea International Cooperation Agency and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), in coordination with Pokhara Metropolitan City and in joint venture with Doko Foundation and Green Road Waste Management, thus invites Quotations from interested / potential Suppliers.

Suppliers may bid for one or multiple packages; however, each package will be evaluated separately. Suppliers must sign and stamp on every page of sealed quotations.

In submitting the Sealed quotation, all suppliers must include the following document:

• PAN/VAT certificate, Valid Company Registration Certificate, Latest Tax Clearance certificate, Experience documents conducted in the past with relevant field, if any

Deadline of submission: 24 August 2026 on or before 5 PM to the CLEAN UP NEPAL office, Baluwatar, Kathmandu or CLEAN UP NEPAL, Field Office, Pokhara, Amarshing Chowk. Only Sealed Quotations (Hardcopies) are valid.
