Request for Quotation (RFQ)

The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) is a global humanitarian organization that operates in more than 120 countries. ADRA collaborates closely with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of their projects. ADRA prioritizes community participation, capacity building, and a holistic approach to development, aiming to uplift vulnerable populations and promote long-term positive change in Nepal.

ADRA Nepal invites sealed bid or bid through email for couple of events in Kathmandu.

Event 1: June 18 to 20, 2025.  (35 Persons)

Event 2: June 23-25, 2025 (50 Persons)

Service provider should submit quotation on the base of following details:

Event Date: 18-20 June 2025

Check-in: 17 June 2025 (Dinner & accommodation) 

Full Board: 18-20 June 2025 (Breakfast, Lunch, 2 times TCC, Dinner, Accommodation)

Check-out: 21 June 2025 (Breakfast)

Meeting hall: 50 participants - 3 Days

Requested to provide rates for single occupancy, twin sharing and day Package (BF, Lunch, TCC) 

Event Date: 23-24 June 2025

Check-in: 22 June 2025 (Dinner & accommodation) 

Full Board: 23 June 2025 (Breakfast, Lunch, 2 times TCC, Dinner, Accommodation)

Check-out: 24 June 2025 (Breakfast, TCC, Lunch) half day 

Meeting hall: 50 participants for 1.5 Day

Requested to provide rates for single occupancy, twin sharing and day Package (BF, Lunch, TCC) 

Specific Requirements:

• Clarity of the quotation- Clear detailed breakdown of costs, clear unit rates and total.
• Experience in Hospitality Services-Demonstrated experience with events of similar size and scope, quality of past work, client testimonials.
• Quality Assurance Measures- Description of quality control measures and standards for service delivery.
• Technical Capability-Evidence of technical infrastructure and capability to support the event's needs.

Documents required:

1. Company Registration certificate 
2. VAT registration 
3. Tax clearance for the latest financial year tax clearance for 2080/2081.
4. Must mentioned quotation validity period.

All hospitality service providers must submit their legal documents and RFQs through email at: tenders@adranepal.org or can submit sealed quotation with in the 15 June 2025, 5:00 PM to
