Request for Quotation (RFQ) – Designing and Printing Items

The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC)/Danish Red Cross (DRC), Country Delegation, Nepal – within the framework of its operation in Nepal, would like to invite Request for Quotation (RFQ) from suitably qualified and experienced bidders (company/firm/suppliers) in supplying Designing and Printing Items. All the detailed requirements for the supply are elaborated in the tender documents.

Please submit your duly completed technical and financial offers, properly signed and stamped, in a closed envelope or via email to Ms Aliza Baidya at aliza.baidya@ifrc.org  no later than 12 May 2026. The hardcopy (closed envelope) tender must be submitted between 10:00 hrs. to 17:00 hrs. (Nepal Time) within the specified deadline (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays) at the following address of the IFRC Country Delegation Nepal.

The IFRC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
