The organization has been operating in Nepal since 2006 to help deprived, excluded, and vulnerable children, families, and communities through meaningful, sustainable solutions with the support of various donors, sponsors, and grant funds.

ChildFund Japan Nepal Office is undergoing a procurement process for the selection Annual Maintenance Service Provider for IT equipment from suitably experienced companies / organizations.

Organizations/companies which have experience and expertise in this area should send their Technical and financial proposals detailing the scope of services and cost breakdown mentioning company name, company address, phone, and email address along with evidence of valid company/firm registration certificate, VAT/PAN registration certificate, and latest tax clearance certificate of FY 20781/82 and other documents mentioned in TOR.

The complete proposal should be submitted in a sealed envelope or via email to ChildFund Japan Nepal Office no later than 27 January 2026, 13:00. The subject line/envelope should be clearly marked as “AMC of IT Service”.
