Helen Keller International, an Intl non-profit organization (INGO) works to improve the sight and lives of the vulnerable by combating the causes and consequences of blindness, poor health, and malnutrition through public health approaches, building the capacity of organizations, and contributing to policy changes through systems strengthening and operations research. 

Minimum Requirements – RFQ for MEAL Lunch Box Delivery [A]

• Delivery as per the instruction to designated location is required
• Food shall be delivered in insulated carried boxes to maintain freshness and warmth
• Service Provider should have permit to operate within Nepal.

Minimum Requirements – RFQ for Corporate Sim Plan Service [B]

• Delivery as per the instruction to designated location is required
• Bidders are requested to elaborate provision of after-sales services as applicable.
• Service Provider should have permit to operate within Nepal.

Eligibility/ Criteria

• Valid company registration, PAN/VAT certificate
• Updated TAX clearance certificate. 
• Company Trade License.

The RFQ must be submitted in your firm’s letterhead, the complete name, title, phone number and e-mail address of the individual to whom communications should be sent. The deadline for submitting Quotation under RFP Ref No. PRF-NP-BPA-005 and PRF-NP-BPA-006 is March 29, 2026, by 5:00PM Nepal Time (NST) at Nepal.procurement@hki.org or can be submitted in Hard Copies at Helen Keller Intl/Nepal Office. 

Helen Keller Intl, Nepal reserves the right to reject any or all quotes when considered to be in the best interest of the organization and/or the people it serves.
