People in Need (PIN) is a non-governmental, non-profit international organization founded in the Czech Republic in 1992. PIN began its operations in Nepal in 2015 as part of the humanitarian response and continues to work to address the needs of marginalized communities—those living in geographically remote areas, historically marginalized ethnic groups, and individuals marginalized due to age and/or gender identity (women and girls).

PIN invites you to submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of Light Search and Rescue items. Details are provided in the attached RFQ form. We kindly request you to submit your quotation on or before 26th March, 2026 (COB) via email to eoi.nepal@peopleinneed.net

While preparing your quotation, please consider the following requirements:

Mandatory Documents to meet qualification criteria:

• Copy of Up-to-date Firm/Company Registration Certificate
• Copy of VAT/PAN Registration Certificate
• Copy of Latest Tax Clearance Certificate 2081/82
• Financial proposal with stamp and signature on attached RFQ form (PDF version)
• Delivery timeline from the date of purchase order issuance.
• Clear Specification of quoted items.
