REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

This is for your reference that Carditas Nepal is a non-profit making NGO registered in Lalitpur, Nepal. Located at Dhobighat – 4, Lalitpur. We are inviting proposals from registered service providers for the “Consultant Service/ Resource person community mobilization training through the FEST (Facilitating Effective and Sustainable Transformation) approach”. under the NLRP II project.

The detail requirement, terms and conditions are as mentioned below: Please be guided by the Terms of Reference (ToR) attached hereto as Annex I in preparing your proposal.

Terms and conditions:

1. Proposals should be submitted by 22nd May 2026 by 5:00 pm via Email: procurementdepartment@caritas.org.np & admin@caritas.org.np or sealed quotation in Caritas Nepal head Office located at Dhobighat – 4, Lalitpur
2. Private firms /Consultants /Organizations must submit a valid copy of company registration, VAT/PAN and Tax clearance certificate.
3. Your proposal must be valid for a minimum period of 90 days.
4. The contract will be awarded to the bidder that is technically sound and provides the best value for money based on the financial proposal.
5. Caritas Nepal reserves the right to reject any or all quotations. The successful bidder(s) will be notified at the earliest possible date.
6. The proposal that complies with all the requirements meets all the evaluation criteria and offers the best value for money shall be selected and awarded the contract.
7. Caritas Nepal adheres to an ethical purchase policy, prohibiting the purchase of goods and services from entities employing child labor or engaging in unlawful activities.
8. The contract will be terminated without notice if the services provided by the service provider are deemed unsatisfactory or do not meet the standard quality of services.
9. Payment should be made via an account payee cheque in your company's name after thorough verification and delivery within 7 days. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be deducted as per Nepal Government rules.
