REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

National Environment and Equity Development Society (NEEDS Nepal) invites Technical and Financial Proposals from eligible and experienced consulting firms for Development of Local Disaster and Climate Resilience Framework (LDCRF) for Bheemdatt and Parshuram Municipalities under the SCOP-R3 Phase II Project.

NEEDS Nepal is looking for eligible service provider for the consultancy services: 

Required Qualification and Experience

• Master’s degree in Natural Resource Management, Forestry, Development Studies, Sociology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in DRR, Climate Change, GEDSI and local-level policy support.
• Experience in developing disaster/climate resilience plans and working with local governments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, analytical and report-writing skills.
• Experience in Kanchanpur/Sudurpashchim will be an advantage.

• Updated CV(s) of key personnel
• Firm Registration Certificate
• PAN/VAT and Tax Clearance Certificate
• Relevant experience certificates/documents
