Working for Access and Creation Nepal (WAC-Nepal), a non-profit civil society organization based in Achham, is implementing implements Integrated program framework (IPF)/SHIELD in Achham District with the partnership of World vision International Nepal .

WAC-Nepal invites sealed request for proposal (RFP) from qualified independent consultants/service providers for the Develop and implement a comprehensive training package on climate smart agriculture, Integrated pest & disease management (IPDM) for farmers in farming communities and CFS training for technical staffs and facilitators.

1. Assignment Overview

Objective: Develop and implement a comprehensive training package on climate smart agriculture, Integrated pest & disease management (IPDM) for farmers in farming communities and CFS training for technical staffs and facilitators.

Scope: Participants of this training will be Project/Field Officers, field mobilizers, facilitators community people and farmers from PG/FG, etc of implementing partner areas who will later contribute to the cascading of the package. Training location will be Sanfebagar and near by filed for demonstration.

Duration: Training duration will be 5 days depending upon the AP's Context.

2. Key Responsibilities

i. Facilitator should be responsible to provide orientation/draft schedule as per objectives, training materials list before training.

ii. Facilitator should be reached at training venue before 1 day of training.

iii. Facilitator should provide training as per the agreed content or schedule.

iv. Facilitator should provide hands out/reading materials related to content during or after training. 

v. Facilitator should provide a comprehensive report of training within 1 week of training completion.

vi. Facilitator should sign and adopt adult and child protection policies, code of conduct, etc.

3. Eligibility & Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated on a 100-point scale (60 Technical / 40 Financial):

Technical (60 points):

Financial (40 points): Cost-effectiveness and value for money.

4. Submission Requirements

Interested candidates must submit the following documents:

• Renewed legal documents OR a Cover Letter and CV highlighting relevant qualifications.
• A detailed Approach/Methodology for delivering the training.
• A Financial Proposal (including consultancy fees and all associated costs).
• Certificates or proof of previous work.
• A signed and stamped Code of Conduct (Download: Suppliers Code of Conduct.pdf).

Note: Your financial proposal must be submitted as a separate, password-protected file. Passwords will be requested during the proposal opening. Any submission containing a financial file that is not password-protected will be automatically disqualified.
