The Community Development Centre (CDC), established in B.S. 2049 by a group of dedicated development professionals and activists, is a well-recognized non-governmental organization with more than three decades of experience in community empowerment. With strong technical expertise, robust financial systems, and deep understanding of the local context, CDC has successfully led inclusive and multi-sectoral programs in Sudurpaschim Province. Its work spans across inclusive education, health, WASH, disaster risk reduction, youth engagement, child protection, and women's empowerment. By addressing pressing challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, harmful social practices, governance gaps, low educational performance, and persistent barriers for marginalized groups, the organization has played a pivotal role in driving sustainable improvements in the lives of vulnerable communities.

The Community Development Centre (CDC) has implemented the project Community Empowerment through Gender Transformation under the Support to the GESI Strategy (S2GESI) Project, supported by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). The project aims to strengthen inclusive governance and equitable access to health services for marginalized populations including women, Dalits, persons with disabilities (PwDs), adolescents, and other socially excluded groups in Panchadewal Binayak Municipality and Triveni Municipality. Limited awareness about health rights, available services, and social protection entitlements remains a key barrier for marginalized communities in accessing health services. To address this, the project plans to develop Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) responsive Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials to promote awareness and encourage equitable utilization of health services. Under this project we CDC is seeking 1) qualified, dynamic and motivated individual consultant to design, develop, and support dissemination of inclusive IEC materials tailored to the local context and alsos 2) qualified, dynamic and motivated individual trainer to conduct Training on GESI-Responsive and Transformative Planning Processes and Civic Engagement

 The detail of service is as following:

Terms and conditions for 'supply and delivery':

1. RFP should be submitted by 03rd May, 2026 (7 days of the notice publication), RFP received after the specified date and time of the invitation, will not be considered.
2. Quoted rate should be mentioned with VAT/PAN and other necessary Taxes if applicable in remarks and financial proposal should be submitted in separate file.
3. Consultants should send the PAN/VAT registration document, Tax clearance document, Suppliers renewal document and experience document if any. (as per RFP)
4. Expected service delivery date will start within 07 days of Agreement signed.
5. The contract will be awarded as per CDC's bid evaluation criteria which is clearly refined in RFP.
6. CDC doti reserves the right to reject any or all quotation. The successful bidder or bidders will be notified at the earliest date possible.
7. Consultants should use the prescribed template or subject line as mentioned in RFP for technical proposal and standard templated for financial proposal as per attached or request to cdcprocurement49@gmail.com or Office and Offers should be sent the following address.
8. Further detailed ToR of Consultant service as below:
