RE-REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FY 2025/26 (2082/83)

This is for your reference that Caritas Nepal is a non-profit making NGO officially registered in Lalitpur, Nepal. Through this notice, we are inviting proposals from registered service providers who are interested in providing Cooperative Management Software Solution under the NLRP II Project.

The detailed requirements, terms and conditions are as mentioned below: Please be guided by the Terms of Reference (EOI details) attached hereto, in preparing your proposal.

Terms and conditions:

1. Proposals should be submitted no later than 1st Jun 2026, 5:00 PM at the Head Office of Caritas Nepal, Dhobighat–4, Lalitpur. Due to the election period, proposals may alternatively be submitted via email with password protected of Financial proposal to: procurementdepartment@caritas.org.np, admin@caritas.org.np
2. Private firms /Individuals /Consultants /Organizations must submit a copy of company registration, VAT/PAN and Tax clearance certificate.
3. Your proposal must be valid for a minimum period of 90 days.
4. The contract will be awarded to the lowest acceptable bidder in compliance with the conditions outlined in the invitation.
5. Caritas Nepal reserves the right to reject any or all quotations. The successful bidder(s) will be notified at the earliest possible date.
6. The proposal that complies with all the requirements meets all the evaluation criteria and offers the best value for money shall be selected and awarded the contract.
7. Caritas Nepal adheres to an ethical purchase policy, prohibiting the purchase of goods and services from entities employing child labor or engaging in unlawful activities.
8. The contract will be terminated without notice if the services provided by the service provider are deemed unsatisfactory or do not meet the standard quality of services.
9. Payment should be made via an account payee cheque in your company's name after thorough verification and delivery within 7 days. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be deducted as per Nepal Government rules.
