Position Title: Proposal Development & Fundraising Expert (PDFE) for National & International funding opportunity.

Duty Station: Remote (with occasional field and office visits in Kathmandu)

Employment Type: Contract-based

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of high-quality project proposals, concept notes, and grant applications targeting international donors, foundations, and development partners.
• Identify and map potential funding opportunities aligned with REED Nepal’s strategic priorities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international donors, INGOs, UN agencies, and bilateral agencies.
• Coordinate with program, finance, and technical teams to ensure compliance with donor requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals with clear log frames, budgets, M&E frameworks, and risk assessments.
• Support donor reporting and compliance documentation as required.
• Contribute to organizational fundraising strategy and partnership development.
• Review the existing policies of the REED Nepal and prepare new strategies for 2026 to 2030
