Community Development & Advocacy Forum Nepal (CDAFN) is a NGO dedicated to uphold the rights of marginalized and excluded communities through its interventions on Chure conservation, Climate Change adaptation mitigation, Disaster Risk Management, Biodiversity conservation, Health, Education, Child protection, Women Empowerment Livelihood, Protection and and Humanitarian Support including Organizational Development and GEDSI. It works with a vision for Building a Civilized and Prosperous Society with Equality and Social Justice.

CDAFN is implementing Common Approach Sponsorship Program (CASP) {समुन्नति} partnership with Save the Children in Bardibas & Gaushala Municipality of Mahottari district Madhesh Province . For this program, CDAFN invites applications from interested qualified and professional Nepali candidates for the following full-time position.

Position: Program Co-Ordinator

Required No.: 1 (One) 

Duty Station: Project Office Bardibasha-03 Gauridada, Mahottari (with frequent field visit in Program and Program area)

Required qualification, experience, skill and knowledge

  • Master Degree in the given sector, management, social science or business studies with minimum 2 years working experience in managing multiple projects with diverse team.
  • Proven ability to manage risks and promote governance to contribute on strategic outcomes
  • Experience working with children and their wellbeing in both development or emergency contexts

Period: December 2025 with extension as per working performance, resource available with 3 months trial period

CHILD SAFEGUARDING:

  • This position involves regular contact with children and young people. The Finance Assistant must adhere to child safeguarding, PSEAH (Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment), and CDAFN’s Code of Conduct policies, including maintaining dual adult rules during any child-related field visits or engagements.
