Youth Alliance for Development (YARD), a non-profit and non-governmental organization is a youth led organization established in 2011 AD, guided by a shared vision of supporting marginalized communities, children, women and youth. YARD was founded by a dynamic cohort of young visionaries who recognize the indispensable role that the youth assume in steering the nation towards progress. The organization is swiftly emerging as a potent force centered on the youth, fortified by proactive measures, the promotion of youth leadership, and empowerment initiative.

Youth Alliance for Development (YARD) is implementing the SAHAYATRA-III Project in Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City of Kailali District in partnership with Save The Children International. The project goal is to enhance the quality of education, child protection, and child rights governance for children in marginalized communities. Therefore, Youth Alliance for Development (YARD) seeks to recruit result-oriented individuals to fill the following position.

Position Title: Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL)/Program Field Officer-One

Duty Station: Dhangadhi Sub-Metorpolitan City, Kailali

Key Role: 

• Support project planning, designing, and actively engage in the implementation of activities in the field. 
• Validated data and information to reflect programme results on timely basis
• Prepare Indicator Performance Tracking Table (IPTT), output tracker and total reach report.
• Ensure that all the programme data are recorded in digital platform with in deadline
• Support team in best utilize the provided digital platforms to input correct data and regular review and analysis of the data and information
• Strongly lead the team in maintaining integrity in data and information management

Minimum Qualification and Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in any disciplines with research background
• Minimum 2 years working experience in MEAL system.
• Proven experience with municipalities and community structures.
• Ability to promote governance to contribute to the project outcomes
• Experience working with children and their wellbeing in both development and emergency contexts
