Dalit Society Welfare Committee Nepal (DSWCN), in partnership with Good Neighbors International (GNI) Nepal, invites applications from qualified and competent Nepali citizens for the following position under the Integrated Community Development Project (ICDP).

• Position: Junior Technical Assistant (JTA – Agriculture)
• Required Number: 1 (One)
• Duty Station: Bhangaha Municipality, Mahottari District
• Contract Type: Fixed-term (until December 2026, with potential for extension based on performance and funding)

Key Qualifications & Requirements :

• Academic Background: Minimum TSLC (Technical SLC) or an 18-month Diploma/Intermediate in Agriculture.
• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of proven work experience in the agriculture sector, specifically in community-based agricultural interventions.
• Technical Skills: Ability to work closely with farmers and community-led groups.
  • Strong coordination and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Commitment to frequent field-based activities.
• Mandatory Requirement: Possession of a valid motorcycle driving license.
