Aasaman Nepal with the vision of happy and healthy children is currently working in 20 districts of Nepal, irrespective of geographical location. ASN has been engaged in developing and implementing programs aimed at protection, promotion, and fulfillment of child rights in Nepal with various development themes such as; Education/Child Protection, Women Empowerment, Livelihood /Natural Resource Management, Disaster Risk Reduction, Health/Nutrition and Governance.

The Integrated Community Development Project (ICDP) project, implemented by Aasaman Nepal with the financial support Good Neighbors International Nepal. Under the ICDP project, Aasaman Nepal invites sealed bids to select successful bidder for supply of Installation of Handpump Drinking Water Supply Scheme (re-bid process).

Eligible and qualified firms and companies are requested to collect the Bid Document and submit their bids at our office addresses given below. More information can be received from our office addresses or via email to procurement@aasamannepal.org.np 

Aasaman Nepal will provide bid document without any fee after registration of firm for the bid. Expression of Interest letter must include firm/company registration, PAN registration and latest tax clearance.

Bid validity period: up to 31st January 2026

Last date of submission: 27th November 2025 by 4:00 PM Nepal Time

Bid opening date: 28th November 2025 by 12:00 PM Nepal Time

This invitation does not entail any commitment on the part of ASN, either financial or otherwise. ASN reserves the right to accept or reject of all response without incurring an obligation.
