Aasaman Nepal (ASN), a pioneer organization for education and nutrition, is one of the leading Terai based NGOs led and managed by social activists since its establishment in Dhanusha, Janakpur in 1999. ASN has been engaged in developing and implementing programs aimed at protection, promotion, and fulfillment of child rights in Nepal. Currently ASN has been working in 20 districts under 6 Thematic Areas as: Education/Child Protection, Women Empowerment, Livelihood/ Natural Resource Management, Disaster Risk Reduction, Health/ Nutrition and Good Governance.

Aasaman Nepal with the vision of happy and healthy children is currently working in 20 districts of Nepal, irrespective of geographical location. ASN has been engaged in developing and implementing programs aimed at protection, promotion, and fulfillment of child rights in Nepal with various development themes such as; Education/Child Protection, Women Empowerment, Livelihood /Natural Resource Management, Disaster Risk Reduction, Health/Nutrition and Governance.
The "Promoting gender equality through education in Dhanusha District (Shikshya)" project, implemented by Aasaman Nepal and Plan International Nepal with support from Japan MOFA and Plan International Japan National Office’s Appeal Fund. Under the Shikshya project, Aasaman Nepal invites sealed bids to select successful bidder for supply of Consultancy Services -
- Orient on child protection, gender equality, learn without fear, inclusion to SMC/PTA members, teachers and students' and inclusion to SMC/PTA members, teachers and students.
- Support to develop code of conduct on child protection, gender equality and inclusion in schools (Refresher in Year3)
Eligible and qualified firms and companies can collect the Bid Document, Terms of Refernce (ToR) and further information from our office addresses given below or via email to procurement@aasamannepal.org.np
The eligible and qualified bidders need to submit their sealed bids at our office addresses.
Aasaman Nepal will provide bid document without any fee after registration of interest and eligible individuals/firm for the bid.
Bid validity period: up to 31st July 2026
Last date of submission: 23rd November 2025 by 5:00 PM Nepal Time
Bid opening date: 24th November 2025 by 3:00 PM Nepal Time
This invitation does not entail any commitment on the part of ASN, either financial or otherwise. ASN reserves the right to accept or reject of all response without incurring an obligation.
