Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Training Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our IT training center. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and a passion for delivering quality education.
The Training Center Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth class operations, managing trainers and schedules, supporting student success, and coordinating with the admissions and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will maintain a high standard of teaching quality and operational efficiency, creating a positive learning environment where students can gain practical, industry-relevant skills.
Position: IT Training Center Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the training center to ensure classes, trainers, and facilities run smoothly and on time.
- Supervise trainers, teaching quality, and student progress to ensure courses run on schedule and meet student satisfaction standards.
- Oversee admissions and enrollment processes, guiding students through course selection and addressing their queries.
- Ensure classrooms and training equipment (e.g., internet, smart board) are always ready and functional.
- Plan and monitor batch schedules, student intake, and seat availability in coordination with the marketing team.
- Handle student concerns, small conflicts, and operational issues, escalating major matters to the Founder.
- Evaluate trainer performance, recommend improvements, and support them with scheduling and resources.
- Recommend curriculum adjustments or operational improvements when necessary.
- Regularly track and report operational highlights, issues, and suggestions to the Founder.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in education management, IT operations, or business management roles.
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of IT certification courses and the tech education sector (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS) preferred.
- Familiarity with using IT software and tools for scheduling, communication, and reporting (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Nepali and English.
