INF Nepal is a non-government organization serving since 1952 to Nepali people through health and development work to improve the quality of life of individuals and community.

We hereby invite sealed bids from eligible and qualified vendors for the provision of the following annual services for the upcoming fiscal year 2082/83.

Required Services:

1. Insurance Service
2. Motorbike and Vehicle Repair & Maintenance Service
3. Internet Service (INF Central Office, Pokhara and INF district office – Nepalgunj, Dang, Kapilvastu, Surkhet, Kalikot, Mugu, Jumla, Rolpa, Bajura, and Jajarkot)

Tender submission and instruction

1. Vendors must submit sealed tender with clear tender number to the office INF Nepal Central office, Pokhara-01, Simpani Bagar, by 2082/03/26. Tenders received after this deadline will not be accepted.
2. Eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents from office INF Nepal, Pokhara-01, Simpani Bagar, Nepal, by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application along with the copies of firm registration certificates.
3. Bidding will be conducted through the procedures as specified in INF Nepal Procurement Policy and is open to all eligible bidders.
4. The bidder must submit the copy of PAN/VAT Registration, Company/ Firm Registration and Tax Clearance Certificate of FY 2080/081.
5. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend the bid opening meeting on 2082/03/27 at 10:00 AM at INF Nepal Central Office, Simpani Pokhara- 1, Kaski. The respective bidders will be allowed to see their bidding documents only.
6. The bid is a single envelope system and can be evaluated on a package/ item wise basis. Eligible bidders may submit a bid for all services or a single service.
7. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case, the bid validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
8. If any discrepancies or error seen in the bid documents, it will be dealt as per the provision stated in the Policy of INF Nepal.
9. INF Nepal reserves the right of accept or reject, wholly or partially any or all the Tender without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
10. Eligible Bidders (Suppliers) may obtain further information from the central office of INF Nepal, Pokhara.
