Sahakarmi Samaj (SS), a non-governmental organization established in 1997, promotes a self-sustainability approach to empower disadvantaged and marginalized communities to become self-reliant and interdependent. Sahakarmi Samaj is preparing a Vendor Roster for the fiscal year 2082/083. We invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible vendors, suppliers, and service providers with relevant experience in the following areas. Interested parties are requested to submit their EOI along with detailed rate quotations for any of the services listed below:

A. Tour & Travel Services

1. Domestic and international air ticketing
2. Vehicle rental for land and goods transportation

B. Office Supplies

1. Office stationery
2. Printing, publication, and merchandise (e.g., ID cards, business cards, pens, notebooks, flyers, brochures, annual reports, T-shirts, bags, cups, flex boards, banners, etc.)
3. Office furniture (e.g., tables, chairs, racks, cupboards, notice boards)
4. IT equipment (e.g., computers, laptops, printers, scanners, multimedia, cameras, CCTV, biometric systems)

C. Repair & Maintenance Services

• General maintenance (plumbing, electrical, furniture repair, etc.)
• Computer and IT services

D. Goods & Service Delivery

1. Hotel and accommodation services
2. Agro equipment and materials
3. Hardware supplies
4. Bag, raincoat, sleeping bag, shoes, T-shirt, and cap manufacturers/suppliers
5. Home appliances
6. Electronic appliances
7. Consultancy services

Submission Guidelines:

Eligible and interested service/goods providers (consulting firms or individual consultants) must submit the following mandatory supporting documents either via email or in hard copy to the Central office in Kohalpur, the Head office in Birendranagar, or the nearest SS office no later than 15 July 2025.

Required Documents:

• Application letter
• Company/Firm registration certificate
• VAT/PAN registration certificate
• Tax clearance certificate for FY 2080/081
• Company profile (mandatory for consultancy services)
• Quotation (you can ask Request for Quotation by email surajrai.sahakarmisamaj2023@gmail.com, or you can use your format)

Note:

Applications will not be accepted if the documents are not updated/renewed for FY 2080/81.

We highly appreciate vendors/suppliers from our working area.

Sahakarmi Samaj reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason.
