ADRA Nepal invites sealed bids or email submissions from eligible suppliers/service providers, Companies and Firms.

Eligibility Criteria:

Interested bidders must meet the following minimum eligibility requirements:

• Legally registered firm/company under the laws of Nepal
• Valid VAT registration certificate
• Latest tax clearance certificate
• Demonstrated experience in similar types of supplies
• Must not be blacklisted by any government authority, donor agency or development partner
• Quotation including detailed specifications, brand, rates, stock availability with signature and official stamp. 

Other requirements:

• Suppliers must provide support to installation and set up all equipment for all given sites. (must provide their service point contact details) 
• Local suppliers are encouraged to submit quotations.
• Bid can be submitted either email to tenders@adranepal.org or hard copy of sealed bid to ADRA Nepal, Bakhundole, Lalitpur office
• Must written in the subject line “Support and Standardization of (PHTC)Provincial Training Center”
• Supply and installation will be completed by end of June 2026.
