PeaceWin Nepal is a women-led, non-governmental and non-profit social organization, locally established in 2047 BS (1990 AD) and officially registered at the District Administration Office, Bajura, on 5 Poush 2049 BS (20 December 1992). Its vision is “Competent Individuals, Happy Families, and a Prosperous Society.” The organization works with disadvantaged and marginalized communities, particularly children and women, to promote their social, economic, and cultural rights and address issues including child marriage, Chhaupadi, malnutrition, gender-based violence (GBV), and discrimination.

In partnership with Plan International Nepal, PeaceWin Nepal has been implementing the “Girls Get Equal 2.0: Realizing Rights and Building Resilience (Abha) Project” since February 2025 in Badimalika, Budhiganga and Triveni Municipalities, and Gaumul Rural Municipality of Bajura. The project aims to empower adolescent girls and young women aged 10–24 to become resilient and exercise their rights.

PeaceWin Nepal invites sealed quotations from eligible and qualified suppliers, firms, and companies for the supply of poultry, goats, buffaloes, bee-hives, spice machines, and agricultural materials to support youth entrepreneurs in the project areas.

Interested bidders are invited to submit the complete sealed quotation at PeaceWin Nepal Central Office, Martadi, Bajura or Provincial Program Support Office, Dhangadhi, Kailali, or at the the email address: peacewin.calls@gmail.com with password protection in the documents by 9 September 2026, 5:00

This invitation does not constitute any financial or contractual commitment. PeaceWin Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason.

The required documents are: 

1. Copy of the Firm/Company Registration Certificate (including valid renewal). 
2. Copy of the Nepali Citizenship Certificate of owner of form/company.
3. Copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate.
4. Copy of the PAN/VAT Registration Certificate. 
5. Self-Declaration stating that the bidder has not been convicted of any illegal activities and is not blacklisted. (as per the Self-Declaration of PeaceWin Nepal)
6. Supplier’s Conflict of Interest Declaration, duly signed by the authorized representative and affixed with the official stamp of the firm/company. (as per the CoI of PeaceWin Nepal)
7. Signed copy of Child Protection Policy and PSEA of PeaceWin Nepal. 
8. Application for Submission of Quotation. 
9. Filled quotation for the respective package(s), duly signed and stamped with the official seal of the concerned firm/company.
