First Date of Notice Publication: 29 April 2026

1. Renewable World invites RFQ from eligible bidders for the Supply & delivery of Laptops.
2. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders and must fill out the RFQ template as per the instructions set out in Terms & Conditions of RFQ
3. Interested Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the RFQ documents at the office of Renewable World or can request via email: jobs.nepal@renewable-world.org
4. Bidding documents will be available from 29 April 2026 till office hours up to 7 May 2026.
5. Bids must be submitted to the above office on or before 5 PM on 14 May 2026. Bids received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
6. Received sealed Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hrs. on 15 May 2026 at the office of Renewable World. But nothing shall bar the opening of Bid by the reason only that any bidder or its agent is not present. Bidder’s representative should come with authorization duly signed by the authority of firm at the time of bid opening. 
7. If the last date of purchase, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day. In such cases the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original submission deadline.
8. Renewable World shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or submission of Bids.
9. Renewable World reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
