Welfare Association for Children Tikapur (WACT) is a non-government organization (NGO) working in the Far Western province of Nepal. It was established in 1996 in the Tikapur municipality of Kailali district, Nepal.  WACT has been involved in social action since its inception, focusing on the empowerment and transformation of individuals and communities to enable them to sustainably respond to their needs on their own.

WACT is implementing projects to promote the well-being of children and adolescents/youths within their home, school and community. A major intervention of the well-being projects involves organizing children and adolescents/youths in Child Clubs and Adolescent/Youth Groups (CC/AYG). The project staff and peer educators facilitate the weekly/fortnightly/monthly meetings of the CC/AYG to sensitize, educate and empower awareness and life skills of its members in areas of child rights, protection/safeguarding, relevant life skills, social engagement. The CC/AYG also act as platform for its members to exchange learning, participate and organize community events to identify and respond to local issues, and collaborate with different local stakeholders in promoting well-being of children and adolescents/youths in their communities. The project also helps in the networking and strengthening of the CC/AYGs into ward and municipality-level networks. 

WACT is inviting the Expression of Interest from qualified and interested Training and Consultancy Firm or Individual Training Resource Persons to organize the Facilitation Skills Training. The details of the proposal to be submitted are outlined in the last section of the ToR. Individuals or firms fulfilling the required experience and qualifications can submit the proposal, no later than February 26, 2026.

1. Submission Requirements

Interested candidates must submit the following documents:

• Cover Letter and CV highlighting relevant qualifications.
• A Technical Proposal responding to the TOR. 
• Detailed Financial proposal (in local currency- NPR) 
• A brief description of the facilitator outlining recent experience in similar assignments (three assignments over the past four years), with references 
• PAN/VAT, Tax Clearance Certificate, Organization profile, and Citizenship.
