RWDC has been working for educational rights, women empowerment, reproductive health, income generation, governance, accountability; disasters risk management, climate change resilience, gender equality and human rights for rural backward and marginalized communities with "Zero Tolerance" to gender violence.

In partnership with NIVAS, RWDC has been implementing the “Strengthening Women-led Families through Safe Housing and Advocacy Project.” Under this initiative, earthquake-resistant, disability-friendly houses and toilets are being constructed for vulnerable and single women-led families with children under 16 years of age who lack safe housing facilities, with the aim of ensuring dignity, security, and improved living conditions for disadvantaged communities.
RWDC, Ghorahi Dang invites bids, eligible and qualified bidders for the following construction works.
