Expression of Interest for Trainers
Human Rights Awareness Center (HURAC-Nepal) Rolpa is a non-profit making, non-partician and leading Nepali non-governmental organization (NGO) working in the areas of rural development, human rights and social justice, having strategic focus on protecting and promoting economic, social and cultural rights and right to development. Its major iterventions are towards pro-poor and pro people policies and practices through rural development (livelihood, education, protection, health and sanitation, forest, soil conservation, environment), advocacy, campaign, lobbying, networking, research and awareness raising for people's empowerment. In the campaign, advocacy and lobbying fronts, HURAC has been continuously embarking on the fundamental rights of the children, economically poor, socially excluded and environmentally vulnerable sections of the societies. HURAC believes in result-oriented struggles of the people against poverty, hunger and socio-economic injustices.

It prioritizes the rights of children, the poor, socially excluded, and environmentally vulnerable groups, believing in result-oriented struggles against poverty, hunger, and socio-economic injustice.
In Lumbini Province, the SAFE-Girls project is implemented by Plan International Nepal in collaboration with the Human Rights Awareness Centre (HURAC) Nepal, ensuring strong local engagement and contextualized interventions. The project provides safe spaces for peer learning, counseling, and discussions on sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR), while strengthening local service systems for GBV prevention and response and expanding access to comprehensive sexuality education (CSE).
HURAC Nepal invites application for individual/forms to execute different trainings attached herewith.

Consultant to submit (i) an application highlighting the letter of interest (LoI) (ii) technical proposal (Annex-1) (iii) recently updated CV, and (iv) a financial proposal (Annex-2) to conduct the proposed work on the following address on or before 17:00 hrs., 19th April 2026 in separate envelope properly marked with the proposal type sealed.
