Rural Education and Environment Development Centre (REED Nepal) was established in 2000 AD as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) with a vision for quality education and a resilient and Environment for a just society. REED Nepal has been working with a prime focus on education development and environmental sustainability. It adopts a holistic approach for ensuring quality and inclusive education in rural community schools in Nepal and contributes to environmental development and sustainability with the principle of collaboration, coordination, and partnership at the local level. The organization works to strengthen ECED, strengthen school management and governance, capacity enhancement of teachers, provide remedial teaching support and alternative education support, school infrastructural development, supports in mainstreaming Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI), and intervenes in school based DRR. REED Nepal has its funding partnership with Karuna Trust, Karuna Deutschland Ev., and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), Nepal Australian Friendship Association (NAFA), DESWOS, and so on. The REED Nepal is committed to child safeguarding and the prevention of sexual abuse and exploitation. Any offer of employment will require a   Police Check document and commitment to REED Nepal’s Code of Conduct and Child Safeguarding Code of Conduct. REED Nepal invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested firms, companies, and associations for the supplies of the following goods and services during the fiscal year 2026-2027

Interested parties are requested to apply their sealed hard copy EOI with a cover letter, a copy of firm Registration certificate, copy of VAT/ PAN certificate, latest tax clearance and vendor profile to the Admin & Finance Department, REED Nepal, Minbhawan, Kathmandu: P.O. Box No: 8260, Kathmandu latest by 24th June,2026 before 5:00 PM. No telephone calls, written and personal inquiries will be entertained in this regard. REED Nepal reserves the right to accept/reject any or all firms without assigning any reason whatsoever.
