1. Organizational Background

Women Rehabilitation Center (WOREC) is a national non-governmental organization established in 1991, dedicated to preventing violence against women and girls, addressing root causes of inequality, and promoting the economic, social, and cultural well-being of women and marginalized groups. 

2. Purpose of the EOI

WOREC invites qualified suppliers and vendors to submit sealed quotations for the supply and delivery of 200 Dignity Kits to support our institutional relief and program activities.

3. Scope of Supply

• Packaging & Delivery: All items must be packed in a durable carton box and delivered directly to the WOREC office once the vendor selection has been finalized.
• Order Condition: The final bulk order for the kits will only be placed upon the satisfactory review and approval of the submitted physical samples.

The selected vendor will be responsible for the procurement, packaging, and delivery of 

1. 90 Dignity Kits for Lactating Women and 
2. 110 Dignity Kits for women. 

All proposed items must meet standard quality requirements.

6. Submission Instructions

To ensure a fair and transparent evaluation process, all interested vendors must adhere strictly to the following submission procedures:

• Envelope Preparation: All bids must be enclosed in a securely sealed envelope. To ensure confidentiality, vendors are requested to sign and stamp across the seal of the envelope.
• Mandatory Labeling: The outside of the envelope must be clearly marked with the reference code: WOREC/PROC/EOI/2026/004. 
• Submission Format: Quotations must be submitted in hardcopy using the official WOREC RFQ format provided on this portal.
• Delivery Location: Hand-deliver or courier the sealed envelope to the WOREC Office front desk located in Balkumari.
• Deadline: All quotations must be received during standard office hours no later than October 8, 2026. Submissions received after this deadline will be automatically rejected.
• All bids must be submitted along with a physical sample of all required materials proposed for the Dignity Kits. Submissions failing to provide these mandatory samples will be automatically disqualified from the evaluation process.

7. Required Documents Checklist

A complete submission must include the following verified documents to establish the vendor's eligibility and technical capacity. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

• Financial Proposal: A completed, signed, and stamped WOREC RFQ form detailing the unit prices, applicable taxes, and total costs.
• Company Registration: A valid copy of the firm or company registration certificate.
• Tax Registration: A valid copy of the VAT/PAN registration certificate.
• Tax Clearance: A copy of the most recent Tax Clearance Certificate for the preceding fiscal year.

WOREC reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.

• This EOI does not constitute a commitment to award a contract; award is subject to budget availability and internal approvals.
